I’m a senior HR professional with 10 years of experience. I partner with businesses to navigate Fair Work legislation, de-risk people practices and unlock performance. Highly effective in talent attraction and retention through internal comms, engagement and employer brand. Counsellor in training and coach that gets cut-through. My last role in corporate was leading a global HR function across three countries. You’re in good hands.

  • Combining a therapeutic counselling approach with practical knowledge of workplace wellbeing, I have designed and delivered psychosocial safety training to businesses across varying industries, aligned to recent WHS legislation changes.
